Essential Introduction

At Passport Pilates Studio, we provide our clients with a complimentary Essential Introduction Class to The Pilates Method.
The Essential Introduction Pilates Class is designed to teach you the fundamentals of The Pilates Method (language, movements, breathing and body alignment).  After completing one Essential Intro Class, you will begin to understand how to maximize benefit from your workouts. 

We ask that you complete your two complimentary classes within two weeks of your introduction.If your introductory instructor feels you are not yet ready to join in on our Level One Reformer classes, they will.... They will ask that you complete 8 to 12 Level One classes prior to joining our "All Level" classes.  This is to ensure your safety and comfort as well as to maintain the flow of the group class.

Hampstead, NH - Menu of Services

Essential Introduction

At Passport Pilates Studio, we provide our clients with a complimentary Essential Introduction Class to The Pilates Method as
well as a complimentary Introduction to Spin.   The Essential Intro Pilates Class is designed to teach you the fundamentals of The Pilates Method (language, movements, breathing and body alignment).  After completing one Essential Intro Class, you will begin to understand how to maximize benefit from your workouts. 

We will then offer you two complimentary classes so you can get a feel for a Pilates Reformer workout.   If the instructor feels you are not ready to join in on the quick pace of our Reformer class, we will strongly suggest one or two private or duet sessions before signing up for a group class.  This is to ensure your safety as well as to maintain the flow of the group class.   Our services can be purchased on a Session or Membership Basis. 

Pure Pilates

Pilates Group Classes on the Reformer, Tower of Power, ExoChair, Arc Barrel & Mat

10 Sessions - $25. / class

For maximum benefit we recommend using within 7 Weeks
1 Essential Pilates Intro Class
10 Small group reformer classes,

No Hampstead Classes on the following weeks:  NH School Vacations…Christmas/New Year’s (1 week), February
(1 week), April (1 week).  Closed Thanksgiving Weekend, Memorial Day Weekend, July Fourth Weekend, Labor Day Weekend.
August classes held on an individual sign-up basis.
