Classes are kept small to insure safety, proper
form and execution, adequate supervision and
individualized attention. Our focus is on your

Fit Barre
Coming this fall. The workout that is sweeping the nation by storm! The Barre Workout creates a uniquely lean, firm, sculpted body by combining the muscle-shaping practice of isometrics, the body-elongating & stretching principles of Pilates conditon, the science of sports conditioning and the intense pace of interval training into a powerful exercise regimen that safely, efficiently & rapidly reshapes, lengthens, lifts and tones. This no impact workout promises no bouncing or jumping, protects your joints, yet burns fat in record breaking time.
Essential Pilates Introduction
Required for all clients new to Pilates. 45 Minutes
This class teaches the language & basic principles
which are the foundation of the Pilates Method.
You will learn how to gain the maximum benefit
from your mat & apparatus workouts and receive a
better understanding of the mind-body connection
It is recommended that all clients take one or two of these classes before attending a Level I Mat class or Group Reformer class.
Group Reformer
50 minute class.
Level I - Pre-requisite: Essential Intro
Level II - Faster-paced, advanced choreography
(approval from program director required)
Level III - For athletes & Pilates experts.
Power Pilates
We turn up the volume and the energy. 50 minutes of reformer, mat and stability ball intensity with intervals of cardio using the jumpboard or rebounding.
Be prepared to sweat.
Yogalates®
(50 minutes)
