"Passport Pilates has helped me find the strong, athletic woman I knew was patiently waiting inside of me! I was always athletic as a child and even through college and then "life happened." "With a hectic life and not much time to give to myself (three little children) I have found Pilates a fantastic way to get a great workout and destress at the same time. I have taken classes with Kathy for a year and a half now and still find myself looking forward to going to each and every class. "First off, I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Pilates!!!! I am much stronger and a lot more flexible. I love the long, lean muscles you get from doing it. The thing that I love about Passport Pilates is how small the classes are so you always feel like you're getting a lot of attention. I love Kathy - her class is alwasy so much fun and upbeat that sometimes you forget how hard your working. Marybeth is great because she really kicks your butt and always keeps you focused.
